This portfolio includes two buildings, 691 Elizabeth Ave and 15 Goldsmith Ave, located in Newark, NJ. The former is a 7-story building, and the latter is a twin building with 691 Elizabeth Ave. Both buildings underwent renovation processes unit by unit, resulting in a total of 92 residential units being brought up to modern liveable standards.
